Description:
The Town Treasurer is hired by the Select Board. The incumbent keeps the Town’s financial accounts, invests funds with the concurrence of the Select Board, prints and mails the current year’s tax bills, collects the current year’s taxes, pays orders drawn, and conducts payroll.
